Clark Design Group are experts in full-scale interior design. We are comprised of three distinct companies, each tailored to provide a highly specialised service to a different part of the interiors landscape, yet all underpinned by the same commitment to quality and client experience.
Valentine Clark offers highly personalised interior design and architectural services. At ProcureLiving we manage large-scale interior design and procurement for the Build-to-Rent sector, from planning through to delivery. Through faabric., we offer interior packages, including full delivery and installation, for international Buy-to-Let investors, investing in the UK.
Across all our companies, the high quality and sustainability of our products is our priority. We are fuelled by our motivation to elevate sustainable manufacturing practices and product composition, without compromising the integrity of our materials. By encouraging innovation and creativity at every level of our business, we ensure that these priorities can always shape our work.
We bring extensive experience in both the interior design and procurement sectors and harness our knowledge of industry best-practice to inform our decisions. However, we also see ourselves as lifelong learners who incorporate flexibility and agility in our practices.

Andrew Clark
Managing & Creative Director
Born into interiors: the Clark family have built and acquired brands within interiors since the 1970s. Andrew founded his first business in 1998, which quickly became the No.1 leading brand in the Interior Design and Interior Solutions industry, which was then acquired by private equity.
Clark Design Group was founded to deliver a collection of businesses focusing on key areas of the interior design industry to service long-standing relationships.
Outside of office hours, Andrew enjoys an active life in sports and fitness. Any spare time is spent with his wife, three children and friends.
Daniel Jackson
Director
Daniel recently joined Andrew to focus on customer experience and expansion across all brands. In Daniel’s previous role, he ran customer experience teams within Interior Design, Furnishing Solutions and Build to Rent projects across the UK, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and UAE.
He has extensive experience in the prime real estate and investment sector, servicing private clients, investors and residential developers.
Out of hours, you will find Daniel on one of his many running routes near his home in Fulham or spending time with friends and family.
Darren Gillard
Non-Executive Director
Darren brings a wealth of commercial and operational knowledge to the Group, with 20 years’ blue-chip consulting experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors. As a shareholder and Non-Executive Director, Darren brings expertise in procurement, supply chain and commercial assurance.
Darren’s unique overlap of experience in the construction and development sectors is particularly valuable and will help to drive synergies across Clark Design Group moving forwards.
Darren loves to spend time with his son and daughter. When not socialising with family and friends, you may find him spectating motor racing at home and abroad.
Chris Martin
Non Executive Director
Chris has joined Andrew and Dan to drive growth across Clark Design Group, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience of bespoke interior services.
With over two decades of experience, Chris has supplied Interior Solutions to key development projects across the UK and has collaborated on many landmark Built-to-Rent schemes. Recently, Chris worked for a leading operator in the co-living sector, gaining invaluable insight into this exciting emerging market.
A proud father of three, Chris is also a keen sports fan and has a passion for fine food and wine. At the weekend he enjoys entertaining and cooking for his family and friends.
