Clark Design Group delivers end-to-end interior architecture and design. The group is comprised of three distinct companies, each providing a highly specialised service to a different part of the interiors landscape, all underpinned by the same commitment to quality, clarity, and client experience.
Valentine Clark is an interior architecture and design studio for private clients and developers who value clarity, discretion, and decisive thinking. hdesign. is a specialist interior design studio, created exclusively in partnership with Hamptons. faabric. is an online interiors platform, offering a curated collection of over 1,000 products.
We bring extensive experience across interior design, architecture, refurbishment, and procurement, using deep industry knowledge and best practice to inform every decision. Our approach remains agile, commercially aware, and responsive to the realities of complex projects.
Our role is to bring clarity and senior judgement to the decisions that shape a project, from early strategy through to final delivery.

Andrew Clark
Managing & Creative Director
Born into interiors: the Clark family have built and acquired brands within interiors since the 1970s. Andrew founded his first business in 1998, which quickly became the No.1 leading brand in the Interior Design and Interior Solutions industry, which was then acquired by private equity.
Clark Design Group was founded to deliver a collection of businesses focusing on key areas of the interior design industry to service long-standing relationships.
Outside of office hours, Andrew enjoys an active life in sports and fitness. Any spare time is spent with his wife, four children and friends.
Darren Gillard
Non-Executive Director
Darren brings a wealth of commercial and operational knowledge to the Group, with 20 years’ blue-chip consulting experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors. As a shareholder and Non-Executive Director, Darren brings expertise in procurement, supply chain and commercial assurance.
Darren’s unique overlap of experience in the construction and development sectors is particularly valuable and will help to drive synergies across Clark Design Group moving forwards.
Darren loves to spend time with his son, daughter and wife. When not socialising with family and friends, you may find him spectating motor racing at home and abroad.
